By accessing and using RemitRadar ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RemitRadar is a comparison platform that aggregates and displays exchange rates and fees from various money transfer providers. We provide this information to help users make informed decisions about international money transfers.

We do not:

• Process any money transfers
• Hold or transfer any funds
• Provide financial advice
• Guarantee the accuracy of third-party rates
• Act as a money transfer service provider

3. Rate Information Disclaimer

The exchange rates and fees displayed on RemitRadar are obtained from the following sources:

• Live API rates: Obtained directly from provider APIs (e.g., Wise) and marked as "Live rate"
• Scraped rates: Collected from publicly available information on provider websites, updated every 5-10 minutes
• Reference rates: Mid-market rates from independent FX data providers

Rates shown are indicative only and may differ from the actual rate you receive. Always confirm the exact rate on the provider's website before completing your transfer.

4. Third-Party Services

When you click through to a provider's website, you will be subject to that provider's terms and conditions. RemitRadar is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of rates on provider websites
• The quality of service provided by third parties
• Any transactions you conduct with providers
• Any disputes between you and providers

5. User Accounts

Some features require a user account (price alerts, search history). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

RemitRadar may receive compensation from providers when you click through our links and complete a transfer. This compensation does not affect the rates you receive or the order in which providers are displayed (we sort by best rate by default).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on RemitRadar, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CortexLabs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemitRadar and CortexLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CortexLabs operates.
